      It’s probably something more like Gross Negligence Manslaughter

      Gross negligence manslaughter is a crime that is committed when someone in an official position commits an unlawful act that they should have been able to see would result in the death of another.

        No I think he said they would straight up shoot people crossing the border, but unfortunately the Biden administration would charge them with murder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

          He did, so instead they stop the border patrol and let them drown.

          Gross Negligence Manslaughter - illegally prevented the border guard from saving them resulting in their reasonably predicted death.

          They didn’t physically drown them themselves, so a straight Murder charge wouldn’t stick.

        Oh wow, it’s a good thing a pendant was here. Nobody would have understood their point if we didn’t have someone here to explain the difference between murder and manslaughter 🙄
