At least 20 people were killed and 150 wounded on Thursday after a crowd of people waiting for humanitarian aid at a roundabout in Gaza City was struck by Israeli fire, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.

The Israeli military says it was looking into the reports.

    according to Gaza’s Health Ministry

I think we can do better than to uncritically believe anything coming out of this Hamas-run ministry.

How dare they accuse the IDF of the same type of bullshit they’ve been doing for over 100 days now?! We should be really good critical thinkers and wait for the IDF to splutter and fumble while saying Hamas a few times and then uncritically believe every single word they say instead. After all, why would the most moral army in the world (currently on trial for genocide) lie about anything?

Footage captured by reporters showed the extent of the destruction, with buildings partially demolished or completely flattened.

Other video showed the chaotic aftermath in the hospital - among those present was Mohammad Lafy, who survived the mosque strike.

This is the 21st century my dude. Even the laziest news sites have no issue linking all the footage captured by people because everyone has access to cheap mobile phones with HD cameras.

Look, Hamas are a bunch of fucking shitheads. But the Gazan Health Ministry has reported numbers that have largely been corroborated by outside sources.

Should we be believing the IDF instead?

Are you the one who has been hiding those 40 decapitated babies, or are you one of the people who are named after a day of the week on that list?
