I think it should be a bit worrying for people outside russia too. This is literal practice for a world war scenario. We can meme all you want but I don’t like seeing countries crossing items in that checklist.
I bet the troll farms still have full access
From what I’ve read, the troll farms mostly operate funded by Russia but are physically located outside of Russia. For example, Macedonia had quite a few.
