It’d be nice to customise it a bit but I prefer it as more legible / bigger, plus in a decent location for my thumbs. The old menu was unnecessarily cramped and to one side. This change has potential but isn’t quite right yet. It also does make much more sense if you move the tab bar to the bottom to complement it (doable.in settings menu).
