I agree that UNRWA served it’s mission to help refugees very well.

However, its employees were involved in terror activities, hence the donations (i.e. the employees salaries) were corrupted. Potentiality, more unknown budget could have be involved in terror activities.

UNRWA clearly turned blind eye to terror activities among it’s employees because even after October 7th (12th October Archive) they didn’t address the terror involvement of it’s employees.
