Because it’s nothing more than a popularity contest for them. This isn’t the future of the country (or world) for them, it’s junior prom.
They might be over-qualified, actually.
People who drink moderate amounts of wine regularly tend to have higher income, and thus better health in general. At least that’s the last generally accepting hypothesis I last saw.
That’s so fetch.
It’s a job creator, so in effect it makes money.

I found those random b plots often do a lot better at providing character building then the constant ramp up of needing to focus solely on moving the serial plot along.
Then again, I’m also the kind of person who preferred the “monster of the week” episodes of X-files over the “main story” ones. The latter always just seemed so forced, while the former allowed them to relax into the characters.
Evolution would rather we eat as much as possible, cause who knows when our next meal will be.
Evolution isn’t divine, it’s random mutation that generally benefits it’s current environment. Considering most of our evolutionary traits emerged thousands, if not millions, of years ago… I’d say we can safely conclude that a lot of our evolutionary instincts aren’t especially relevant to our current circumstances.
Part of it is identifying differences between discomforts. Feel a little hungry? No big deal.
Feel sharp stabbing pains? See a doctor, dummy.
7 only set things up in the fevered dreams of people desperate to consider it a good movie. It took everything that could have happened in the thirty year span between the originals and the sequels and threw it in the trash.
To be fair, 7 and 9 were terrible movies to create a middle movie for. 7 didn’t really set anything up, it just tore down what was already there. Then 9 took an established story from the EU and pissed on it, then threw it on the big screen.
Not everything is on physical media.
Not paying does not entitle you to have an opinion and complain.
No, free will entitles that.
When you rob a store, the store loses something.
When you pirate a movie… no one loses anything. It’s also hard to steal from a store when they don’t stock the product in the first place. Your logic is flawed.
Sometimes we don’t hear something, not because it doesn’t exist… but because we choose to deny its existence.
Just because you don’t believe its there doesn’t mean it isn’t.
He’s very expressive.
I assumed it was just goatse from another angle.
Of course everyone faces difficulty, everyone faces expectations and trials. They’re not the same for everyone, though. And there are unique, and often much more challenging ones, for women.
I found it something I empathized greatly with, even if it didn’t describe my trials and tribulations exactly. Because it still mirrored them.
Cooking takes time, ingredients, and if you want it palatable, ability. Fast food takes driving up to a location and saying “give me something easy”.
It’s not as fast as it used to be, but it’s still relatively quick, especially if it’s on your way home from wherever you are. Any extra time is just spent doomscrolling on your phone or listening to your preferred media pundit.
