That looks like a blast, but I’d make sure the weather reports were favorable first…
Maybe try using a file to make flat sides on the outside of the head so you can use a wrench on it? (Not sure if that would be better or worse than the Dremel/slot idea… you would risk scratching the surface of the object it’s on.)
I’ll probably do this forJust Cause 3. Its Denuvo implementation needs to check in every two week just to play it :|
Thanks. It would have been great if it made it through.
Wasn’t there supposed to be a ship with activists delivering aid from Greece or someplace a few months back? I wonder what became of that…
I hope this one makes it safely.
the envoys of Group of Seven nations, except for Japan, and the European Union said that if Israel was excluded from the invited countries, it would be difficult to send high-ranking officials to attend the ceremony.
Difficult != impossible. It’s like they think they can’t simply make a good choice. That kind of thinking keeps us in perpetual conflict.
This country (the US) is messed up. Watching the events in Gaza since last October only solidifies my opinion.
Before Biden got Covid this last time, I sent a message to the White House about the Israel/Gaza conflict. I was pefectly reasonable. Just this morning I finally got a reply. They mentioned the 1300 dead in Israel on Oct 7th, but no mention of the countless dead in Gaza since then. They talked about Hamas in the context of terrorism, but not the IDF. They talked about doing this or that to help Palestinians, but I know it’s all bullshit. I guess I was hoping my letter might actually reach people who matter, and possibly ignite a spark of conscience behind their dead eyes, but it seems there is no stopping the machine of death.
One of these days this country will have its own Hiroshima/Nagasaki moment, and I wonder: how many - if any - will watch the fall of the US without some measure of relief?
I think I made an unclear comment, lol. I actually meant it in a good way. It looks like a strong knot that holds up until it’s time to take it apart, in which case it would be somewhar easier than a bowline.
The right one looks easier to undo than a bowline.
Here’s a story for you: Poisoned trees gave a wealthy couple in Maine a killer ocean view. Residents wonder, at what cost?
TL;DR: it’s not worth it.
Lol, I wish they’d stop interfering. We desperately need more types of housing and infrastructure. Even tiny homes are better than what a lot of people have to deal with.
Not sure, but it might be military housing or small homes for the previously unhoused. I’ve never seen suburbs look quite this scant and homogenous.
Nice shot! These were great if you were a kid without candy money… sometimes you’d hit the jackpot checking the coin return.
Governments worldwide will do anything to preserve their hegemony, except make living more tolerable.
Any potential movement against government overreach needs to counter every tactic they use. This means: communicating away from prying eyes and ears; using custom-made encryption when communicating remotely; full vetting of members, lest the movement be weakened; having a cell-based structure; knowing all the psychological tricks the govt. uses; etc.
(I can say these things freely because I am not a part of any movement ;) Additionally, I am not advocating violence.)
It’s like they’re trying to get ahead of the narrative to deceive future historians… I just hope someone with the knowledge and means is making physical records of all this. Written in silica, or something.
Nice shot! Looks similar to the Riverside (CA) area.
