Unless your brain is fucking broken like mine, lol.
This is what truly pisses me off about Google/Alphabet bitching about Apple not supporting RCS. Google does not offer any kind of API or access for developers to hook into RCS messaging and the have structured it in such a way with extensions to the standard that are Google only so even if there were other RCS providers it wouldn’t be fully compatible. Fuck.
Don’t use the time he instigated a coupe attempt as a reason?
Can you tell me why putting my hand on an electric burner that is red hot is a bad idea? Don’t use anyone’s past experiences being burned by hot objects.
Sure you could technically go into a complex explanation using physics as to why it’s a bad idea, but why?
It might be a bit overboard, but I have a Redmine instance running on my NAS that can likely do everything you want. Some out if the box, some with plugins. It’s pretty nice. If you don’t want to worry about installing it you can download a complete installer from Bitnami.
Researching anything that happened on the internet right now in the future is going to be absolute hell considering how much useful user information and interactions are “locked” behind Discord. Is there a term for something worse than link rot? With link rot it’s a case of a known unknown. With information on Discord it’s an unknown unknown.
Why pay? I think the answer is pretty easy. If one doesn’t want to self host. Running any kind of web based service costs the person running it money. Google obviously makes money off of a user doing searches via adds and data collection. I would actually have no issue paying for certain Google services if it meant that as a paying customer they would not double dip and try and profit off the data they are collecting on me.
This is all coming from a person who has a server rack in my basement and multiple PCs scattered throughout my home, so I am no stranger to self hosting.
I have always thought that the people you are talking about should be able to get insurance, maybe even at a reasonable rate, but if/when a natural disaster occurs the insurance payout should be for a property/place not in a high risk zone rather than rebuilding, and that land should then be disallowed for human habitation.
Basically a compromise of sorts. I’m sure someone will tell me why I’m wrong though, lol.
That would be Kokomo Indiana. They even have the accent despite many being born there and rarely if ever leaving the city.
I thought someone might say that, lol. It’s good to know this extension will work that way. I have at least one extension that when using the custom collection method causes none of the extensions in the collection to load or work.
Yeah, that’s what I currently do. I’m just constantly annoyed how restricted I seem to be in Firefox mobile in general with add-ons. No scripting add-on, no redirect add-on, no User Agent add-on. I still run Firefox as my main on all devices, but using it on mobile is definitely my least favorite.
This still can’t be installed on standard FireFox mobile, right?
And that’s why variety of choices (not just different people, but different people with very different backgrounds) is great/important! One never know what they are going to connect with.
I completely agree. I do think it’s worth noting that for me when I say better I’m not saying it in a quality or quantifiable sense, but in my subjective sense. In terms of skill or talent or whatever you want to call it, I think they are on the same level, but for my specific tastes Craig is just more enjoyable for me.
Yeah like… fuck. I get where they are coming from, and I can’t really fault them on a human individual level. Even if Ukraine comes out of this as the undisputed victors with all of their land and resources returned to them and full EU and NATO membership (and I REALLY hope they do), the people these protestors are advocating for are going to return home permanently changed by what they experienced.
Like you said/alluded to though that’s better than the alternative. I don’t know, maybe some kind of rotation could be implemented where they get to go home for a couple of months to rest and get a lot of mental health related services to help them maintain their effectiveness?

I don’t think so, I see an old spoke wheel on Android running Liftoff.
Shit that’s good.
I was just coming in to question the use of the word “escape”. Such sad bull shit.
That link was exactly who I expected, and I appreciate you 😂
I was just coming in to say the same thing. Don’t get me wrong, I think the average consumer’s desire for speed and convenience above everything else (including ethics) is a problem, but that is completely separate from these industries posting record profits (even after adjusting for inflation) yet still paying and treating their workers for/like shit.
I saw Dennis in an add read a couple of weeks ago. He is still around as far as I am aware.
