While I appreciate this fellas enthusiasm and creativity, I had to stop and question his grasp on practical effects when he didn’t recognize just because a film is projected at 24 fps doesn’t mean you have to expose at 24 fps; over and under cranking are in fact some of the earliest effects to be commonly used.
