Wait… What?
Wait… What?
Docker installed great! Hello-World returns what it should. I reach problems whenever I try to do anything within Docker, like setting up AdGuard, Jackett, etc.
I actually didnt know how to start the Jackett install from the guide I posted, so I just googled and tried following a guide. One of the first steps says sudo mkdir /home/ubuntu/jackett_config
I get a “No such file or directory”. Makes sense, ubuntu isn’t this user’s name. So I change it to point to “/home/user/jackett_config” and get the same result.
This is what usually stops me from proceeding further.
I’m actually diving into Linux and Docker for the first time right now, and the setup you described is exactly what I’m looking to do. But seeing as this is my first time. I was hoping I’d be able to get some confirmation of what my idea is or find faults with my setup.
In terms of hardware I have on-hand, I’ve got two laptops. One of which is a half-top, meaning it has no screen. The other is my daily driver. Both are running Linux Mint.
The half-top has 1TB of storage and would have Docker installed with Plex/Jellyfin, the *arr suite, and HomeAssistant. On my daily driver, I would be running Portainer or Heimdall to access everything and make changes within the half-top itself. I would also use this to access any of the media I have stored in the half-top.
Does that sound like everything would work?
Well there’s your problem. You’ve got to plug it back in!
Are your knees weak?
Reminds me of the Heroes tv show

I showed this to my gf some months ago and she loved it. We occasionally say “Long Long Maaaaaaan”, whenever we mention something is long. Long… MaaaaAAAaaan.
Also, fuck Chi-chan
Can I ask your setup? I’d like to get this for myself as well.

Quality, especially in a service like healthcare, often doesn’t mean profit. It’s all about “how low can i make my overhead costs to make my good/service just BARELY passable, then take it one step lower”.
I wonder what these pieces of shit are even mad at?
“Peach shouldn’t be driving! She belongs in the kitchen. I’ll kill you if you say otherwise!”
Like, really? Go outside and smell some grass.
Or maybe white robes. They can even wear those cute white hoods so we can see them from afar.
I mean… When you’re as old as he is, most everyone you talk to are younger people.
Voting is great and all, but we literally have the choice between the guy helping fund these atrocities, and the guy trying to destroy democracy.
Just vote third party? That’s just a throw away vote for one party. THIS is the problem with a two-party system.
Unfortunately, there are too many major hurdles to go over (two party system, electoral college, gerrymandering, lobbying, just to name a few) before we even have a chance at something resembling justice, here or abroad.
We also survived thousands of years without any of the creature comforts our society has taken for granted. Unfortunately, all the scientific advances we’ve achieved for the betterment of mankind involved these forever chemicals in one way or another.
I’m not saying they’re not terrible, but at least some of the voices against these restrictions aren’t in bad faith. It just speaks to the importance of finding alternatives, and we have to accept the fact that some things might not be replaceable with biodegradable solutions.
He’s bankrupt for everyone but himself.
Wait, really?! I didn’t catch that one
