I grew up poor. (Not homeless). We shared among all our friends and neighbors, especially when someone falls on hard times. It was kinda like a safety net. Being desperately homeless and addicted probably has a much different experience though.

Sometimes I’ll submit a comment that’s too jaded and cynical that I don’t want to expose others to after some hindsight.

Bread knives are so much nicer to cut bread with though. But yeah, a chef’s knife and a paring knife are all you “need”.

There’s a joy with high crafted tools that you can’t really get with an average equivalent. It usually comes down to comfort and looks. Is it worth it? Depends, I suppose.

I used to follow Alex Jones before he started making money. He was (probably) authentic and actually tried to physically infiltrate supposed cabalic rituals and such.

Ukraine needs a guaranteed security measure to prevent Russia from attacking again. It’s a stop gap to a more permanent solution. Either NATO membership or Nukes.

Dude, I think that sentiment is shared among all the political spectrum. What happens after is what we tend to debate. I love communism in a vacuum, but many just see it as changing one corruptible system for another.
