I’m so annoyed at the timing of this, I’m in a place far enough north to get decent views of it in winter (but it is always cloudy). Right now we don’t get full night so at 1am, the peak of darkness, it wasn’t super visible.

Yeah, maybe in some cases. It does feel like there’s a lot of heavy lifting being done by the styling, lighting and angles though.

If you were in the other thread about these bombings yesterday, you’d see that viewpoint is basically what the US teaches in school. It’s disturbing to see that so many people actually believe this was for the good of humanity.
