I have just not been feeling puzzley lately.
Mostly random indie titles, such as nova drift, rollscape, and peglin.
Nova drift and peglin both recently came out of early access, both are rogue lite games that offer unique scenarios each time you play, one is a top down shmup with loads of customizations and interesting builds to try out, the other being a bit of a deck builder with interesting setups to keep the ball bouncing.
Rollscape is a relaxing random number generator with some decision making guesses along to the way to attempt to get further. It’s way too random to be truly skill based, but knowing more of the game does diminish a bit of the random.
On mobile it has been egg, inc. and idle cave miner.
Egg, inc. used to be a very player friendly idle incremental game that offered years of play time in a very relaxed setting. It didn’t require spending money on it unless you really wanted to speed things up… Until a bit ago when they took away one mission a week, which was the catch up mission players kind of need to progress and locked it behind a subscription service. I’m still playing because as much as I don’t appreciate that change, I’ve been playing long enough that I don’t need the catch up mission. I still don’t suggest it for new players though.
Idle Cave Miner is a basic incremental idle game, you set your little dudes to mine a cave and see how deep they can get. It does have a bunch of micro transactions, including premium characters that probably mine harder than the rest. I don’t really care about that though. Spending money really isn’t needed on this one, but since it’s a single dev and I’d rather not deal with ads, I’m happy to toss a few bucks to remove those and help out.
Otherwise, I’ve been enjoying helldivers 2 every couple days to keep the medals rolling in, and the samples collected. The latest patch has been quite game changing. It’s nice to have more options to handle the opponents, but I finally had to change armors as my paper thin light armor wasn’t doing the job it had been from previous versions of the game
Being that the community is rather small at the moment, a lot of people just browse by new and see what there is to see (that’s how I got here). I don’t believe I’ve seen any particular community exclusively for generalized questions about oneself/ones sexuality, but there are plenty of specific communities to various sexualities as support communities.
I know there are a few verrrry small groups for asexuals, as I’m a part of them.
Sleeping earlier should help, if the issue is falling asleep earlier, consider light exercise a couple hours before trying to sleep. I’m personally not a big fan of medicated sleep assist, but some people may need it.
I used to be a very deep sleeper. The things that helped me wake up on time were making sure I was tired enough at the end of each day to sleep soundly, and getting up at the same time daily. I usually wake up a bit before my alarm goes off these days.

Microscopes are any device that can see things smaller than what we can manage with our own eyes… But that range has become extremely massive. It’s to the point where I’d really like a new set of terms for scopes based on the magnification levels.
It’s a good time period for action rpgs. This and monster hunter wilds are looking like a ton of fun.
At the point where the actual game devs can’t make a decent sequel, how did they think a movie was ever going to work?
I have my gripes about the franchise from the first game onwards.
Minor other thing… Why make a pg-13 movie of an M (or pegi 18) rated game series? Even the telltale games version isn’t ‘kid friendly’.
Depends on the campaign, but I’ve seen that work before.
I do try. There were any number of ways to describe the general communication that’s strongly encouraged before getting into it with someone, and I considered using a dragon ball metaphor instead, but dungeons and dragons felt more apt. The long and the short of it is a bare minimum of what someone likes before getting started. Details to be pounded out at a later time.
There is no “one size fits all” for anyone…
I treat the first time with anyone like a session zero of a DnD campaign. We put our wants and desires forward, discuss dislikes and flat out offs, and go from there. The intimate details of how they like something is best sorted out in practice.
Edit: it seems most replies don’t know what a session zero is. It’s the conversation before the game starts. It’s an icebreaker between the dm and the players to make sure that everyone is going into this with a similar mindset. If the players all want a role play heavy game and the dm is set up for combat focused game then it needs to be known ahead of time.

I’ve heard there are various things that can be consumed to increase production. If I remember correctly it’s zinc supplements. A simple search would tell you if you’re actually wanting to.
So this is why I had a DIY hair growth ‘recipe’ in my feed. Just rub sugar on your head! It’s so simple!

So there are these things… called “bug repellents” which do the trick nicely.
Hopped on path of exile with a friend. We’re slowing going through the acts and likely won’t get to mapping by the time the new league drops. It’s fine though.
Been messing around with Sky: Child of Light, that one mmo that is very reminiscent of journey made by the same people and got extremely frustrated. I ‘finished’ the game after getting stun locked, and proceeded to find some trials which required precise control of your character… Which is not a thing. Pressing jump doesn’t always work. The physics aren’t great, and the leeway for timings is much harsher than it needs to be. All in all, that was not the best experience. I ended up on the Farmville quest. First objective I could do alone, second one required another person. Third one needs 3 people…
It’s also the 8th anniversary of Egg Inc. and they have their annual event running. I managed to triple my earnings bonus in one day… Which is fairly significant.
I would think they’d need to keep the liquid like contact that’s available under pressure… But I’m no battery scientist.
The decarbonization of our power grid will thankfully not be up to a single technology, but a multitude which are all seeing development simultaneously. Solar is reaching for better efficiency and less harmful creation, batteries of all shapes, sizes, and concepts are popping up from everywhere. It feels more like a race now than a slow decline into uninhabitability.
I also dabbled in the monster hunter wilds beta. It was what I expected and I’ll be happy to play the full version when it’s released. I think I bonked every monster available, both large and small. I tried out the weapons I’m likely to use.
Gunlance felt ok, light bow gun was interesting but more complicated than I expected. Bow was mostly the same but with some friendly additions. Switch axe ended up being my favorite of the beta. That thing just hits so quickly and wounds to easily that I don’t know if they oops’d the damage on it, or if I was just getting lucky. There were times when I’d break and make wounds in such a way that the monster would be basically stunned for a decently long period of time. If I had been partied up it would have been much too efficient. The other thing about it is the mobility of certain slashes. It took a bit getting used to, but it covers a lot of ground for a heavy blade.
After all that, I discovered the capture net would give both the insects and their essences, so I ran around hunting for endemic life and found a lot of little critters I otherwise would have missed. There’s a hornet that was endemic but could also poison you!
And I spent some time fishing. They really changed it up in this one. You need to reel in the line slowly to actually entice the fish to bite. I wasn’t completely comfortable with it at the end of the beta, but it also feels like they’re going to work on it a bit more.
As for other stuff I played. I continue my usual dedication to a few missions a week in helldivers 2. It’s a very fun game made by some very dedicated folks, and I’m down to blast some things every now and then. I finally got my nerve up to continue playing satisfactory. I usually stop right around coal power because it’s at that point that you can really automate the world… It’s just the amount of math and just waiting on materials to build so you can finally get exponential with your growth. I’m still very much in that stage currently. I need to upscale everything but I’m waiting for materials and to make sure my power situation is handled before I go nuts.
