Depends. He is indestructible and, as far as I know, not a renowned chef. Cooking with ingredients that you actually put in food should be totally safe for him.
He might be able to find some kind of exotic alien substance that could cause some physical pain, but at that point, is he really cooking? Or just adding something painful to food?
Sidenote, he could probably find some kind of kryptonite that would disable his powers for a meal.

I was really hoping for some thing like I Mean Girls, but gay. But I really disliked this movie. The main characters are just really bad people. They spent the first 3/4 of the movie lying and manipulating people. Done well, I guess this could be a pretty good set up for one of those “ learn the lesson at the end of the movie” plots, but it honestly just ended up being really uncomfortable for me to watch.
It is less ”Mean Girls” but gay, and more some super trashy, badly written, high school sex comedy from the 80s. There were three or four funny scenes, so any time things are happening, the sheer ridiculousness made it watchable, but anytime it’s slow enough for characters to talk to each other, it nearly became unwatchable for me.
