Realistically what happened is that he got a notification that someone sent “no ♥️” as a response to his rant.

He clicked “would you like to reply?” without thinking about or checking who sent it. Why would you? Chances are higher that it’s from a bot.

The fact that he doubled down afterwards is funny though.
