Hayao Miyazaki's The Boy and the Heron is getting three physical editions in July, including the first-ever 4K UHD release of a Studio Ghibli film.

Physical version is coming July 9, digital version is coming June 25

      Actually went to a theatre to see it. I like my films to be open to interpretation, not barely intelligible. Didn’t have a lot to talk about on the way home from that screening.

        I had the same experience. Walking back to my car I had to ask my wife “Do you… remember anything that happened in the movie?”
