Also, my new protip for showering post-exercise is to either just use the “cold” side or if your shower can’t do that and you have a tankless hot water heater, just turn it off while showering.
Tap water is like 85 now and about as warm as you really want if you were just outside sweating.

Wow, beautiful sunrise! Looks like the ride was worth it, I wish I could wake up that early and have the motivation to ride so I could avoid all of the people in the bike paths where I’m from
I can normally never find the motivation either, but knowing it’s already 80 at 5am and heading for 90 by like 9am seems to have incentivized me pretty well. 😹
