I thinl this is just a template with the woman holding blank cardboard. The fingers can make sense if you zoom in. Also the guy in the front and the reflections in the mirrors look to real.
I agree, the text looks more like a drawing tablet/touchscreen handwriting than actual marker on cardboard to me. It doesn’t seem to be affected by the creases in the cardboard and the lines are much thicker for “Taylor” which doesn’t make sense if it’s all the same marker.
I feel like it must have been a meme at some point - I seem to remember there was a version that Uniqlo had tried to use as a under the radar advertisement
