Don’t know, I’ve never watched Family Guy. It means it’s trying to pretend it has deeper meanings but just comes off as shallow and pretentious. It’s a film of “Anderson-isms” with nothing of substance to show.

Interesting perspective. I thought it was his most obnoxious film to date. It was a movie that insisted upon itself and quite frankly bored and confused me. It was like no one said no to Anderson to reign him in at all.
Not saying you can’t play just one or the other, but they’re both made better by the existence of the other.
It’s really one game split into two. There’s some new tracks in The Lost Age, but if you weren’t a fan of the first OST, the second isn’t any different.
The story continues in the sequel and rounds things out a bit more. If I had to pick between the two, The Lost Age is my favourite, but you can’t have that without the first.
This relates to Monarch, the TV show. It has nothing to do with Godzilla Minus One, the recent Japanese movie.
Clearly you’ve avoided it if you think the film has anything to do with the white saviour trope. There’s no need to get so worked up about something you’ve made up completely.
I can - and that movie is Son of Godzilla.
This one, though, I’m excited about.
I started watching Sonic the Hedgehog 2 this week. Now let me tell you, I got about 13 minutes in before I had to shut it off.
So instead, I watched another movie about a blue creature getting stranded on Earth. Lilo & Stitch. I’ve seen it many times, probably 6 at this point, and I never tire of it. The watercolour backgrounds are beautiful, the story and characters are wonderful. Definitely took the sourness of the Sonic movie out and replaced it with a warm feeling.
Wow, I just watched this for the first time yesterday. A fun movie - I really liked a lot of the effects and practical stuff!
