A new Senate report calls out the FBI for lying to Congress about its social media monitoring, pointing out the FBI’s hiring of ZeroFox.
I mean, the black panthers were labeled as an extremest group at one point… soooo yea.
From the perspective of the US state they were. Black liberation and communism are diametrically opposed to the interests of that state. BLM is largely not ML, but liberation of oppressed minorities (aside from the propertied ruling class) is still one of the threats the US state must respond to.
